We believe the best products are built by putting them in front of real people. We move quickly, launch often, listen to users, and keep improving. We'd rather ship something useful and make it better than spend months trying to make it perfect in isolation.
Take ownership.
There are no narrow job descriptions here. If you see something that needs fixing, you take care of it — even when it doesn't fit neatly within your role. We give people the freedom to own their work from idea to finished product.
Details matter.
Feedshop is about style, discovery, and inspiration. That means the details matter: how something looks, how something feels, the words we use, and the small interactions most people never consciously notice. We care about all of it.
Small team. Real impact.
We're intentionally keeping the team small. That means fewer layers, less bureaucracy, and more opportunity to make a real difference. Your work won't disappear into a roadmap — you'll see it become part of the product.
Remote-friendly.
Work wherever you do your best work. We're remote-friendly and primarily work across European time zones. We make sure there's enough overlap for the conversations that work best together — while protecting the focused time needed for everything else.

You'll work closely with the founders, make decisions that matter, and have a direct connection to the people using what you build.
